Denim Waste Monster!

An upcycling project in cooperation with The Design Village Noida. From piles of denim waste from a nearby jeans factory a big monster was created by students of TDV. In just 7 days this amazing monster emerged from the classrooms, to perform at the What Design Can Do conference in Delhi as a dancing reminder of the extensive wateruse and pollution in cotton and denim production. Students were challenged in creating something completely new, very large and set their creative mark in this project, and they did the dancing performance.
